Breast feeding OK: How long ago was your reaction? If you don't feel sleepy from the zyrtec (cetirizine) or your heart isn't beating rapidly from the Adrenalin you can breast feed your baby tonight. To be on the absolute safe side you can wait until tomorrow morning.
