Ice and Elevate!: Perhaps the shoe is too tight or the lacing is too tight. Or you are skating too long. Either way put your foot above your heart and ice the forefoot.

Make sure: They are the correct size so the problem doesn't happen again. You can massage the toes and keep the feet elevated, the swelling should come down. If the skates were the proper size though, the problem should not have developed in the first place.
