Stress & headaches: Stress can certainly lead to certain kinds of headaches, such as tension headaches and migraines. Mindfulness based stress reduction training has been shown to help a person work with his/her stress and in some cases, decrease number and intensity of headaches. There are also headaches that hurt no matter how relaxed you are -- like those resulting from a bleed in the brain.

It can: Yes, stress can lead to headaches in many people. If you are feeling stressed - starting by breathing in slowly through your nostrils. Hold the air in your lungs for a five count then slowly exhale through an open mouth. Repeat x 12. Relaxxxxx......
