Not for the colds : Adequate vitamin d can prevent colds but there are no studies to my knowledge that shows supprnting a cold will make it go away faster

Vitamins and a cold: If you are saying that you have a cold and wonder if vitamins will help, that is a possibility. Please see your doctor for a diagnosis and proceed from there. Vitamin C 2x daily can help w/immunity as can vitamin D. Your doc may test those levels to determine if you need supplementation and proper doses. Peace and good health.
