Is it a problem?: Do you talk about being fat a lot? Repeatedly check the scale & mirror? Skip meals, refuse to eat in public or only eat low calorie foods? Overly thin or secretive about food? Overweight or yo - yo'ing weight ? Over-exercise or alternate between starving & binging? Excessive exercising, self- induced vomiting, laxative or diuretic use? Too much focus on your size? If so, get help.
