Absolutely not.: Lupus is an autoimmune disease and not contageous. If anything you might be weakened from the disease at times and should not have others around you so you don't catch anythimg from them as your resistance to infection might be lower due to the strain from lupus. Get your therapy, plenty of rest and see whoever you want.
