Social Anxiety: Avoiding social situations being uncomfortable when in social settings can be easily addressed with therapy at times meds are needed to control anxiety a lot of meds available to control anxiety get a consultation with psychiatrist for better assessment to proceed with appropriate treatment in time.Living with disabling anxiety affecting your life relations is not fun get help and be happy.

Social anxiety: Do you become anxious/fearful/ embarrassed in every day interactions with others? Is hard for you talk to other people or look them in the eyes? Do you go out of your way to avoid interacting with others? Are you afraid that other people are judging you & that anything you do might lead to a humiliating situation? If yes to these, does it impact your job, school, & daily living?
