Infection / chemical: Green nails can result from a bacterial or fungal infection. On occasion it could result from the chemical or glues use in applying or removing the false nails. Have them evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Foreign material: Could be an infection? Pseudomonas infection usually is green can also be a reaction to the chemical or adhesive used in the applpication process.
