They are different: Medicinal formulations of amphetamine (adderall, dexedrine, (dextroamphetamine) vyvanse) are stimulant medications with fda approval for treament of adhd. Sertraline is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor approved as an antidepressant and antianxiety medication. Strength of respone to a medication is dependent upon the patient.
