See a physician and : See a physician for the ear ache and cough. If your bad breath doesn't improve after you back to good health, see a dentist to determine the cause of your bad breath.

Wisdom tooth: Get your teeth checked for infection. It's on one side and you have bad breath. Good possibility it's from a localized source like a tooth since it's on one side, teeth will often refer pain to the ear and an infection can cause bad breath. Based on just the information provided i'd look toward a lower tooth in the back of the mouth as a possible cause.
