A few ideas: If you are stressed then reduce stress. If you are fat then lose weight. If you smoke quit. If you live with smokers get them to quit. Make sure that you get enough vitamin d & omega-3 fatty acids in your diet. Practice abdominal breathing with yoga or meditation exercises. Avoid air pollution but get outside. See an allergist to identify allergens in your environment that may be controlled.
