Nope! (Sorry): Scars are permanent, and there is no surgeon or surgical technique (or laser etc.) in existence that can completely remove or eliminate scars. Bio-oil is fine for gentle scar massage, which will help them soften and fade, but will not remove them! ultraviolet avoidance is critical to prevent hyperpigmentation of pink scars.
