No: Milk allergy manifests as hives, itching, worsening eczema, vomiting, diarrhea, anaphylaxis, occasionally as bloody stools in newborns and rarely as "pneumonia" as seen in heiner's syndrome. Milk allergy should not cause joint symptoms.
