Maybe: Itching is a hallmark of allergy. But itching isolated to the eyes and ears occurs with exzema, overproduction of mast cells as in a pseudoleukemia. Generalized itching all over the skin is more ominous- liver failure, drug reaction, cancers.

Many possibilities: There are many causes of itchy eyes. Several types of inflammatory conditions, allergic reactions, detergents, chemicals, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause itchy eyes. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.
