Several: Allergic skin rashes can be caused by: contact dermatitis from poison ivy, rubber, nickel, fragrance, make up, preservatives, etc. Contact hives is hives that occur with direct contact with an allergy--spilled food or saliva from the lick of a pet. The "cure" is avoidance of the particular allergen trigger. Barrier creams or ointments are partially effective. Medications treat symptoms.

Depends: One cannot cure anything unless one knows what is causing it. On the other hand, in many skin conditions , a cure is not possible although they can usually be managed with the appropriate treatments.

Contact: Many ingredients used in the spray can induce a contact allergic reactions on the skin. The onset of the rash may not occur until 24-72 hrs after the contact. If changing brands does not help, contact a derm or allergist to find out which ingredient may the the culprit.
