Very badly: Bulimia is unsafe when you're not pregnant, and worse if you are. Electrolyte imbalances from repeated vomiting can come through to your baby. Also you risk premature delivery, low birth weight, delayed fetal growth, fetal death or stillbirth, gestational diabetes, and hypertension since many bulimic woman gain excess weight in pregnancy. Please tell your OB so you can get needed help.
