More Info Please: I am not sure about your age. I need more info. In general, it is best that you address your eating disorder problem. If you are not in menopause, lack of menses does not guarantee that you are not fertile. The chances are low but not zero. If you are in menopause, the question and answer does not apply to the scenario you describe.

Slim: If you are not having periods it is likely that you are not ovulating, thus unable to get pregnant. Please keep in mind a young woman not having normal cycles is terribly damaging to your body. If you are also underweight, your body is starved in estrogen necessary to have a period. In addition to the cycle issue, you are not laying down the necessary bone to reach peak bone mass, weak bones.
