Yes you can: However it is always best to first go thru your dr. Also depends upon your medical insurance. Circumcision will be approved and paid for by your insurance provided there are medical indications for the procedure such as phimosis (tight foreskin) or recurrent balanitis & posthitis (inflammation of foreskin or glans).
