Not really: Laser, in general, is not the best tool for operating on bone. Most types create heat which can damage healthy bone while removing masses. They aren't the magic wand some patients believe them to be. The osteoid osteoma can removed with standard bone instrumentation, possibly followed by packing the area with one of several materials, and it should heal nicely.

No: There is no laser treatment for osteoid osteoma. It can be removed by surgery or by focused radio-frequency ablation an experienced interventional radiologist. See an orthopedic surgeon locally for advice.
