eyes feel like they are burning all the time and vision feels strained is this sinus?

Dryness or allergies: Eye irritation in the absence of other symptoms can be from eye straining from overuse of computers, reading small print, etc, or dry eyes. The possibility of eye allergies exists if nasal symptoms are associated. Sinus problems usually result from allergies.
