It depends: It depends on the age and frame size, but generally, a 43 year old woman who if 5 feet tall should probably weight between 105 and 115 pounds. Check out a body mass index (bmi) calculator and see what yours is. If you are in the 18-24 range, you are considered to be ok, although ideal is thought to be 22.
