Rest and Lubricate: Eye pain associated with stress may be due to eye dryness. Often when overly stressed and focused on a certain task our eyes will dry out. This leads to eye pain and sometimes blurry vision. When this happens, using artificial tears to lubricate the eyes can help. Additionally, taking a break and resting your eyes even for 5 minutes can improve things.
