Is fluticasone propionate nasal spray safe during pregnancy? i am 31 weeks pregnant.

Not approved: The only pregnancy category b nasal spray is Rhinocort Aqua and is the safest to use during pregnancy. If you have used fluticasone while pregnant it is not a major issues as the systemic absorption of the medication is minimal.
