No/no: The booster effect is unlikely to bother your normal immune system in the least or effect the success of your efforts to conceive. Relax & take some comfort that you may have the best protective levels to these problems in your age group.

No Problem!: Other than the fact your arm may be a bit more sore, there is absolutely no problem getting another tdap. As a matter of fact, the new 2013 recommendation is for all pregnant women to get boosted (that is , re-immunized) during pregnancy to help boost their antibody produciton to protect the baby in the first few months of life. So your OB may even request to re-do you again in third trimester!
