Mucocele?: You may have a mucocele which is a raised bubble-like spot filled with fluid. It is caused by a backed-up salivary gland. They are not harmful but can become a nuisance if you bite them or become too distended. Your dentist can examine the area to determine any harm.

Mucocele: Have your dentist check this, but what you are describing might be a mucocele. Humans have lots of minor salivary glands on the inside of their mouths, and one can become blocked (usually by trauma), and the clear saliva fills the tissue. They often go away on their own, but can also re-occur. If too persistent, the minor gland can be removed in a minor procedure. If it is bloody, go see dds now.

Agreed.: This sounds like a mucocele. I recommend you see your favorite dentist or oral surgeon to evaluate and probably correct it.

Mucocele: It can be excised by an oral surgeon. They tend to reoccur.
