Probably not: Many things can cause chest pain, including it coming from the heart. However, that would be more unusual in a young woman. I would recommend being evaluated by a physician.

Indeterminant : The description "chest pain" by itself is not enough information to make a diagnosis. Chest pain maybe cardiac in origin but it may also be esophageal, pulmonary or musculoskeletal. Is the pain exertional. Is it diffuse or you can pinpoint it with a finger. These are just a few of many questions to be answered. It could be cardiac in nature but other causes are also possible. So go to your dr.
