Possibly: At your age you should see a doctor to determine if the pain is gastrointestinal related or an atypical presentation of heart pain. Would see as soon as possible.

It could be: Heart related esp if you have risk factors like hypertension, diabetes or high cholesterol. Or it could be a sign of acid reflux. Get examined by your dr for reassurance. Hope you feel better!
