OCs and Vomiting: If you are throwing up the pills soon after ingestion, it is likely you are "missing" one or more days of your cyclical therapy. It is best to consult with your gynecologist who can analyze your drug formulation and advise you about the risks of conception. It would be wise to use an alternative method of birth control until you and your gynecologist can sort out the details.
