Evaluate: We need to determine if this is just a transitory headache, a chronic headache, or a debilitating headache. A simple stress headache can usually be relieved by over the counter analgesics. I have also found accupressure to be of value. Persistant and/or more severe headaches need to be evaluated by a phyiscian.
