Several: There are several medications for head aches. Examples of some otc meds include acetaminophen, ibuprofen, aspirin, aleve (naproxen). Depending on what causes your head aches there are numerous rx medications. If headaches are bothering you, and they are often, see a dr. For an evaluation, proper diagnosis and treatment.
