Not the pores!: Assuming no scratches or other skin source, the two most likely places blood could seep out are rectal and penile. First thing to do is to have your doc check for hemorrhoids. Was (or is) your urine brownish? Also, vigorous sex may occasionally cause a bit of superficial trauma.
