I ve what i wish to describe as tunnel vision, and it causes problems in life, please can u advice of causes of this and any way to clear this issue? tks

Possible hysteria: The most common cause of tunnel vision is end stage glaucoma which would be very rare and unusual in a 38 year old. End stage glaucoma is easily diagnosesd upon examination. If an examination of the eye and brain are normal then a hysterical conversion disorder needs to be considered.

Tunnel vision: Tunnel vision or visual field defects can be due to many issues and some can be serious and/or life-threatening. Go see an eye doctor asap.
