Tunnel vision: Tunnel vision is a relatively specific symptom and usuall is a result of retinal disease. It is not contagious such that other people pick it up from someone else. But it can be hereditary as in retinitis pigmentosa or other retinal disorders, glaucoma or neurological disorders including tumors or physcological problems. This is a serious complaint and needs prompt evaluation and therapy.

Possible: If the tunnel vision was a temporary problem caused by hypoxia, then others on aboard could experience it during low oxygen conditions. If it is due to a retinal problem affecting the pilot, then no.
