A doctor has provided 1 answer

Circulation: Spasm of the posterior cerebral arteries could cause tunnel vision/blindness. Low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, severe high blood pressure are causes. Optic nerve poisons, glaucoma, and other eye diseases can also do so.
