Tylenol (acetaminophen) ES: 500 mg of tylenol (acetaminophen) until you see your doctor. Take it up to 4 times a day.

Heat and ice: But ice in 15 minute intervals only may help a lot and is often undervalued for swelling after a long day Heat helps sooth stiff joints especially in the AM, warm water in the shower, NOT TOO HOT, no burns Making oneself put fingers through a gentle FULL Range everyday and oftern can ease discomfort and that tight feeling in the knuckles OTC meds in moderation may help but check with your PCP
