I've had this dark eczema ring around my mouth..i've been so embarressed by it. i been called names everytime. i go out i hid my mouth. plz help?

Unlikely eczema: The location of this skin issue makes it less likely to be eczema & more likely something you are doing. Excessive lip licking can cause these color changes due to the effect of saliva on the skin. This can be a habit issue like biting nails. Application of lip/skin care products that your body reacts to can also do it. You may want to consult your doc or dermatologist for guidance.
