Needs follow up : If you are referring to an issue that is already 5 years old, i would just get a chest x-ray for comparison. If there is no change, a yearly chest x-ray is sufficient to follow it. If the abnormality has gotten larger since 2008, i would recommend a chest ct scan without delay.
