Not likey: Acalculous cholycystitis as HIDA was normal. If that is the case, it would seem to me to be unlikely. What you can do is a CCK HIDA and if gallbladder doesn't contract normally then you might have chronic cholecystitis. That is different. Depends on the test you had. Then removing the diseased gallbladder may solve the problem. Talk to your doctor. Best wishes
