My 3 year old has a sunburn-like rash on her forehead that she says is itchy but no other symptoms. it just came about this morning.

Observe her: Could it be sunburn ? Does she have other symptoms? You can also try creams like aquaphor or eucerin or calendula for symptom relief. Is there rash anywhere else? Any other symptoms? If she has rash elsewhere and fever or stomach ache, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, then step throat is a possibility and have her seen. If it is just a rash, observe and see if it improves or worsens.
