I am taking augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) 875mg tablets twice a day for a skin infection on my face. i have only taken 2 tablets but i feel short of breath and very dizzy?

See doctor: Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) belongs to penicillin family with clavulinic acid for broad spectum coverage of bacteria.I do not think is is an allergy but you need to call your doctor for the above symptom because he would know abouit your history.

Call ur dr: Its either too much or ur not tolerating this type of antibiotic. Either way u should call ur dr. You can't leave a cellulitis go too long without rx.
