Lip Biting: Tissue should heal at around 7-14 days unless you are diabetic. Mouth rinse with alcohol can cause dryness. It is important to moisturize the area to avoid cracks while it is healing. If eating and brushinge is still a challenge, take multivitamin and adequate vitamin c. Use a soft toothbrush and Fluoride rinse. If wound is still causing you distress and healing is delayed, call your doctor.

Yes and soon: Yes you can use the chlorhexidien mouth rinse to clean the infected ulcer. It'll take a week at least to heal as the human bite is the worst bite when it comes to infections , stronger antibiotic may be necessary in some cases.

Yes you can: I think you are on the right track. Make sure you continue to improve. If you don't, you may need an different antibiotic. You may need a bout two more weeks to recover completely.

Infection: Continue antibiotic for a full 5 days. May take 2 weeks or longer for primary healing. Please see your Dentist for primary care, Oral Hygiene instructions, and evaluation of healing. May need to see a Oral Surgeon for wound care. May need to see Plastic Surgeon for wound care. Please get help, don't try to self-treat.
