No: This is not likely unless you: 1. Changed your diet 2. Developed malabsorbtion type of condition in your gut 3. Had several episodes of bleeding over short period of time.4 developed condition known as hemochromatosis(this is least possibility among listed). But first have your test repeated: lab machines sometime may give inaccurate resultrt.
