Maybe: As many shifts happen in the body during pregnancy it is common for vaginal secretions to change consistency and odor. However, some discharges can be signs of problems such as infection. Unpleasant is a subjective term, so hard to interpret. If pain, discomfort, bleeding, etc exist, please be checked out!

Yes: Discharge is normal during pregnancy and will change throughout the pregnancy. It may be thick and white at some points and thin and more mucous-like at other times. It is concerning if there is a foul odor, pain, itching or green color to the discharge.
