Please see your doc: Cramping can be caused by major shifts in fluid in our body, & by electrolyte and mineral deficiencies (potassium, magnesium, calcium).Bof significant concern is what sounds to be severe thirst. This, along w frequent urination can be a sign of diabetes. Please make an appointment soon w your doctor.

It might not be...: Just water that you need, there may be an electrolyte imbalance. It you want to continue otc methods, switch to one of the gatorade flavors that suits your taste. If that doesn't help, you should probably see a doctor.

How after : "Numerous bottles of water" can you not keep hydrated? The cramps may not be related to dehydration..... Maybe, you have a magnesium deficiency, maybe your low in potassium? Maybe you wear flat shoes? It sounds like your equating the cramps to dehydration which may not be the case.

Consider being seen: A good medical checkup might be a good place to start. There are many potential causes of cramping of the feet and many causes are very treatable; but it comes down to having a specific diagnosis to know the correct treatment. For example, your drinking of a lot of water could potentially worsen your symptoms if your spasms are electrolyte related.
