The other option is other ingredients and the quality of the supplement. Speak to your doctor or a knowledgeable person at a local health food store to find a quality, buffered form of vitamin c.

Stop taking: If a supplement is making you sick and the vitamin is easily available in foods such as oranges, grapefruits, kiwis, and broccoli, then switch to natural forms and skip the pills.
