Arise same time: Arise same time each morning, don't nap during the day, get at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise daily, stop all video (tv, texting, computer) at least 2 hours before retiring. Go to bed the same time each night. Example: arise 0600, stop video by 8pm, bedtime (no tv!) 11pm. Avoid caffeine. Some find it helpful to stop all video day+night for 7 days. Try quiet evening activity-talk, read.
