Yes: But, cardio is better..Have you seen a fat weight lifters ..Sure but not wide receivers, or long distance runers. So yes it will help but cardio , biking walking is better..Cut you sugar , decrease carbs and eat protein.See www.Weighstation.Net for help with your weight.
