Show her provider: Red dots on an arm can be a variety of things--depending on how long it has been there, size, if they are raised, flat, or in areas of friction. Had some that were a sibling's art work with pen! you may want to ask about it at her next checkup. A picture may be worth a thousand words--but seeing and feeling a skin finding in person is worth about ten thousand when it comes to diagnosis.
