Carbs: You won't like my answer. But if you have an addiction to potatoes - you may need to work to reduce your carb intake. Try healthy raw vegetables instead of so many potatoes. It is recommended that you get five servings of veggies and four of fruit per day. Try eating veggies other than potatoes. Don't buy the potatoes and don't keep them in your kitchen. Good luck.
