Sudafed: If you general health allows it, try sudafed, taken two hours prior to landing. It can be that your eustachian tube is not great at equalizing pressure. Flying subjects your body to different atmospheric pressures and this affects your ears. The other possibility is to get tubes into your ears, if you fly a lot.
